We are wrapping up the details of the 27th edition of Furniture Today’s Leadership Conference. During the 2022 conference, we looked at standing out, the economy, and more. There was just so much more we wanted to cover! With that being said, we are introducing “Mini Leadership” Learning Labs.

Building on the pre-eminent educational legacy of its Leadership Conference, Furniture Today is launching Leadership Learning Labs. These new virtual educational events will deliver timely, topical, and actionable insights into key issues shaping the furniture industry provided by industry-leading experts.

Furniture Today’s first Leadership Learning Lab will debut on Thursday, March 16, from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm (ET). The Lab will kick off with Recessionary Survival Strategies, a high-level discussion by leading furniture retailers that will deliver critical insights into maximizing sales and profits in the face of a pending recession.

To further help retailers insulate their business from disruptive economic trends and to stay ahead of rapidly changing market dynamics, the FT Learning Lab will deliver two breakout sessions. The first will explore consumer finance strategies in an environment currently defined by rising interest rates. The second breakout session will explore the current state of innovation and look at technologies that will redefine competition in the coming decade.

The day will wrap up with industry experts sharing their best tips and strategies for Standing Out in an increasingly competitive marketplace. Building upon the popularity of 2022’s famous Keynote Speaker, Jesse Cole, this session will explore ways some of today’s market leaders are standing out and separating themselves from the competition.
