BOB'S DISCOUNT FURNITURE
Victor Herrera, one of the regional recruiting managers at Bob’s Discount Furniture, joined the company in October of 2013. He came to Bob’s with more than seven years of recruiting experience at a staffing firm in New York City where he recruited for clients ranging from small businesses to leading Fortune 50 companies across the U.S. At Bob’s, Herrera has been an integral partner in the staffing of more than 50 new showrooms along with multiple positions throughout the organization. He and his team currently provide full-service recruitment support for all 76 stores across the East Coast.
As the focus on Bob’s growth has intensified, Herrera has assisted in forming the Bob’s Recruitment Affinity Group – a collaboration between Talent Acquisitions, HR Business Partners, Marketing and Senior Executives – a group that influences, monitors and maintains the Bob’s Discount Furniture recruitment marketing efforts and employer reputation.
Herrera lives in Totowa, N.J., with his wife and child.
