Lorri Kelley is the CEO and founder of Lorri Kelley Advisors, Inc., a strategic consulting firm dedicated to providing services and guidance to companies and individuals who are passionate and committed to achieving business excellence. Her company provides the foundation to equip, educate and empower professionals in all industries to achieve their goals and aspirations. Kelley works diligently to earn the role as a trusted business advisor and strategist for her clients, providing a comprehensive library of consulting and support services in the areas of sales education and training; exceptional manager coaching, mentoring and development; executive leadership development; performance management for employees; strategic planning, ideation and process implementation; revenue generation strategies; new product research and development; e-commerce strategy consultation; brand/messaging strategy and execution; and customer service and experience training.

Kelley delivers results in all of these areas, built upon her more than 25 years of executive leadership and sales experience with a host of impressive companies. She executes consistently through implementing and presenting educational programs, on-site strategic planning and consulting, facilitation of performance groups, and keynote speaking. Kelley earns the trust of her clients with results by drawing upon her vast network and experience within the home furnishings industry. She is a disciplined, dedicated, passionate and confident executive, and she sincerely cares about her clients, building strong relationships in the process to ensure the partnership delivers successful results for everyone involved.

She has been fortunate to serve in a variety of executive roles within the furniture industry for the majority of her professional life, including president of BDI; executive vice president of sales and marketing for Palliser Furniture, during which time Palliser enjoyed sales growth of more than 75% and increased market share more than four times faster than the furniture industry had experienced as a whole in the U.S. and Canada during the comparable timeframe; president and chief operating officer of Home Elements, where she oversaw the complete reinvention of the Rowe store program, transitioning from the existing eight Rowe Show Place concept stores within a two state area into a national home furnishings retailer with locations in six states; senior vice president of sales, marketing and merchandising at Rowe Furniture; vice president of marketing development at Schnadig Furniture; and senior vice president at Wynwood Furniture.

Kelley began her career in the furniture industry in 1987 with Pennsylvania House Furniture, opening dedicated company-owned stores starting in the Kansas City area. During her eight years with the company, she was quickly promoted to director of retail development, with responsibility for the program expansion of both the company-owned stores in Kansas and Texas, along with the independent network of 65 dedicated stores across the United States. Kelley also had very successful roles as a marketing representative for Thomasville Furniture and Bernhardt Furniture, exceeding sales and market share expectations for both companies within her territory of responsibility.

Kelley proudly serves on the board of directors for several impressive organizations throughout the industry, includingthe City of Hope, Home Furnishings Division; National Home Furnishings Industry’s Anti-Defamation League (ADL) chapter; and WithIt (Women in the Home Industries Today), Chair and Vice President of Education.

She was the recipient of the 2015 Mentoring Award from WithIt, as an executive recognized for fostering advocacy, development and promotion of women in all industries. In 2011, Kelley received the valedictorian award in completion of the Sales Immersion, Commitment to Excellence Program by Richard Tyler International.

With a degree in Marketing and Merchandising, Kelley uses that foundation and her years of experience to actively help others in their professional development. Mentoring is a passion of hers and she is honored to connect and work closely with young emerging leaders to help prepare them for a career that they will be proud of.

Kelley resides in the Kansas City area. She has been married to her husband, Keith, for 36 years, and has two sons, Matt and Andy, along with two Shih-Tzus, Cooper and Cassie. Kelley is an avid golfer and enjoys traveling, entertaining/cooking and reading in her downtime.
